Where is Ski Dubai and how do I get there?

Inside Mall of the Emirates on Sheikh Zayed Road. By metro, take the Red Line to Mall of the Emirates Station — the mall is directly connected. Free parking is available at the mall.

What are the opening hours?

Operational timings vary by season and day. With transfers, the day runs from a 9:30-10:30 AM hotel pickup to a 7:30 PM return. Ticket Only guests can visit during venue hours — please check the official Ski Dubai website for same-day timings before you travel.

What are the child and age rules?

Children aged 2 to 13 pay the child rate; ages 14 and above pay the adult rate. Children under 2 years cannot participate in this activity. Helmets are compulsory for children under 13, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Can anyone use the ski slopes?

No — slope access is for experienced skiers and snowboarders only, intermediate level 2 or above. First-timers should choose the Snow Premium pass, which includes a 1-hour Discovery Lesson with an instructor.

What are the Snow Bullet zipline requirements?

Children must be above 8 years old, at least 125 cm tall and over 30 kg. Adults must not weigh more than 120 kg. Some other rides also carry height and weight restrictions.

Can I take photos with the penguins?

The Penguin-Friend Encounter includes a professional photo (Snow Premium includes a photo book with one picture). Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted inside the encounter area.

How does the Snow Premium slot confirmation work?

After booking, our operations team contacts you to coordinate your visit. Your slot must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your visit date, so please book ahead.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Can pregnant guests attend?

The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant guests are not permitted on the activities.

What is the refund policy?

Once booked, 100% cancellation charges apply, and there is no refund for unused or partially used services. Please review dates and guest numbers carefully before confirming.

What should I bring?

Your booking confirmation email — it is mandatory for entry. Add a warm hat if you like (not included on the Full-Day Slope pass) and a change of clothes. Everything else, including gear, is provided.

Why is there a 2-guest minimum on transfer packages?

Shared transfers run per vehicle, so the With Sharing Transfers options require at least 2 guests. Travelling solo? Book Ticket Only and make your own way, or message us on WhatsApp about private transfer options.
