What are the opening hours?
Aquaventure is open daily from 10:00 AM until sunset. Hours vary byseason, so please check before you travel. Arrive early to enjoy shorter queues on the popular slides.
Where is Atlantis Aquaventure located?
Atlantis, The Palm on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. By car, take the tunnel to Atlantis and turn right at the first roundabout for aquaventure Parking — a shuttle runs to the Ticketing Plaza. By monorail, ride to Atlantis Aquaventure station. By taxi, ask for "Aquaventure Waterpark, Atlantis The Palm". Hotel transfers can also be arranged on request.
How is the child ticket price decided?
Ticket type is based on a combination of height and age. Children under 1.2 m tall AND under 7 years old qualify for the child rate.
Guests aged 7 and above (and 1.2 m and taller) pay the adult rate.
Children under 3 years enter free of charge.

What should I wear and bring?
Swimwear of all styles is welcome, including one-piece, two-piece, speedos, rash guards, board shorts and burkinis. Bring valid photo identification, sunscreen and a change of clothes. Swim diapers are required for young children. Outside food and drinks are not permitted

Some slides require a minimum height of 1.07 m. Major thrill rides including Leap of Faith, Poseidon's Revenge, Trident Tower and Vortex require a minimum of 1.2 m. The lazy river, wave pools, beach and kids' zones have no height restrictions.
What is included in the Super Pass?
The Super Pass includes everything in the Day Pass plus same-day entry to the Lost Chambers Aquarium, home to more than 65,000 marine animals. It is the best combined value if you would like to see both attractions.
How do I receive my tickets?
You will receive an instant e-ticket by email WhatsApp as soon as your booking is confirmed. Present it at the gate for skip-the-queue entry — there is no need to visit the ticket office.
