How can I book a tour?

What's included in my booking?
Every tour page lists its exact inclusions and exclusions — from hotel transfers and buffet dinners to equipment and gear, it’s all spelled out before you pay. As a rule of thumb: if it’s in the “Includes” list, it’s covered by your ticket; anything optional (upgrades, meals on some tours, photos) is clearly marked in the “Excludes” list. Unsure about one specific item? Ask us on WhatsApp — we’ll answer in plain words, not fine print.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation terms vary by tour, and each tour page shows its exact policy before you pay. Many tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure; some ticketed attractions are non-refundable once booked. Where an operator cancels for weather, you’ll always be offered a new date or a full refund. Check the policy section on your tour page — or message us and we’ll confirm it for your specific date.
Are there age or height restrictions?
Most of our tours are family-friendly, but a few have safety-based limits — height minimums on thrill rides, minimum ages for certain encounters, and weight limits on activities like the Snow Bullet zipline. Each tour page lists its exact rules under the child policy and ride restrictions. Tell us who’s travelling and we’ll confirm the right tour in one message.
What should I bring with me?
It depends on the day: swimwear and a towel for water parks and dolphin swims, smart casual for dinner cruises, closed shoes for the desert — and valid photo ID on tours where the venue requires it. Your e-ticket lists everything for your specific tour, including what we provide so you don’t have to carry it.
