Inside Creek Park, Gate 1, Riyadh Street, Umm Hurair 2. By metro, take the Green Line to Dubai Healthcare City Station, then a short walk or quick taxi. Parking is available at Creek Park.
What are the opening hours?
9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Monday and Wednesday to Sunday. The venue is closed on Tuesdays. Show and session timings are confirmed at booking
What shows can I watch and when?
The Dolphin & Seal Presentation runs at 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM (45 minutes), and the Exotic Bird Presentation at 3:15 PM and 7:15 PM (30 minutes). Dolphin encounters run at six slots through the day (12:20 PM to 5:20 PM) and the Majestic Swim at 10:20 AM, 1:20 PM and 4:20 PM. All operate daily except Tuesdays.
What is the difference between Regular and VIP show tickets?
Both admit you to the full 45-minute Dolphin & Seal Show. VIP tickets include premium seating right by the pool — the best views in the house.
Should I book Ticket Only or with Sharing Transfers?
Ticket Only is best if you have your own transport. With Sharing Transfers adds shared hotel pickup and drop-off — the easiest door-to-door option. Prefer your own space? Add a private car or van as an extra during booking.
What is included in the Meet & Greet and Majestic Swim packages?
Both include a same-day VIP show ticket, one printed photo or video, a complimentary drink and a wetsuit for the activity. The Majestic Swim also includes the Exotic Bird Show and Mirror Maze, and puts you in the pool with the dolphins for 20 minutes.
What are the child and infant rules?
Children under 2 enter free as infants. Ages 2 to 11 pay the child rate. Ages 12 and above pay the adult rate. For encounters and swims, a paying adult must accompany children aged 5 to 12.
What should I bring for a swim or encounter?
Swimwear and a towel. The wetsuit is provided for the activity, and changing facilities are available on site.
How many photos do I get?
Encounter and swim packages include one printed photo or video. Additional photos or videos are available at extra charge.
Can I book a private dolphin session just for my group?
Yes — private Meet & Greet and private Majestic Swim sessions for groups of 1 to 3 guests are available. Message us on WhatsApp with your preferred date and session and we will confirm availability and price.
Is there anything else to do on site?
Yes — a 3D/4D cinema with motion and water effects, and a Mirror Maze (included free with the Majestic Swim). An Illusion & Magic Show runs seasonally; ask us for the current schedule.
