Yes — slope access is available for experienced skiers and snowboarders only, at intermediate level 2 or above. If you’ve never skied before, choose the Snow Premium Pass, which includes a 1-Hour Discovery Lesson option for complete beginners.
For AED 500 you get full-day unlimited snow rides plus 2 Snow Bullet zipline runs, a 40-minute Penguin-Friend Encounter, your choice of a 2-hour slope pass (experienced) or 1-hour Discovery Lesson (beginners), hot chocolate, a photo book with one picture, premium winter gear with hand warmers and waterproof gloves, and lockers. Note: your slot must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your visit.
Snow Classic (AED 250) is a single-entry pass with unlimited fun rides but only one chairlift and one Mountain Thriller ride. Snow Plus (AED 300) is a full-day pass with unlimited chairlift and Mountain Thriller, plus your choice of 2 hours on the slope or two Snow Bullet zipline rides.
Children must be above 8 years old, at least 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults must not weigh more than 120 kg.
Helmets are compulsory for all children under 13 years old and are provided at the venue for safety.
The Penguin Encounter is a magical 40-minute experience, but mobiles and cameras are NOT allowed inside the encounter area. The Snow Premium pass includes a photo book with one professional picture of your experience.
