  • 🪪 Please carry a valid ID proof / passport with you during the activity.
  • 🎟️ The pass is valid for 1 person, for the same day only.
  • 🔁 Each ride can be accessed only once — repetition is not allowed.
  • 💳 A Digital Gate Card fee of AED 5 is payable directly at Play DXB and is non-negotiable.
  • 📏 Standard age, height, and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
  • 📐 Adult ticket: guests over 120 cm | Child ticket: guests under 120 cm.
  • 👨‍👧 Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times. The operator may deny entry to children travelling alone for safety reasons — please follow the child policy at all times.

🚐 Transfer Information (For Bookings with Pick-Up)

  • 🏨 Pick-up is arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence only.
  • 📍 Pick-up from areas outside Dubai hotels/residences is available on request with an additional surcharge.
  • 🚌 Sharing transfers are available only from Deira and Bur Dubai.
  • ⏱️ On sharing transfers, pick-up/drop-off timings may shift by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions, your location, and the trip schedule.

  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
