When five eligible passengers travel together within the aircraft’s total weight limit, the private-flight prices work out at approximately:

• 12 minutes: AED 680 per person
• 17 minutes: AED 840 per person
• 22 minutes: AED 1,240 per person
• 30 minutes: AED 1,680 per person

Private flights are capped at a total group weight of 420kg. If your group’s combined weight is likely to exceed this, please message us before booking so we can confirm capacity in advance.

🏙️ Choose 22 minutes to combine Dubai’s modern landmarks with Dubai Creek and the heritage areas of Old Dubai.

👑 Choose 30 minutes for the most comprehensive route, including Bluewaters Island, Ain Dubai, Emirates Hills and Dubai Frame.

⚠️ Important Flight Conditions – Please Read

• Check-in: every passenger must arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight.
• Identification: bring an original valid passport, Emirates ID or accepted government-issued photo ID. Digital copies may not be accepted.
• Passenger names: booking details must match the identification presented at check-in.
• Passenger weighing: all guests will be weighed before departure for aircraft safety, seating and balance.
• Weight range: the safety weight limit is 115kg per passenger seat. Passengers between 115–140kg may be required to purchase an additional seat to maintain balance. Passengers exceeding 140kg cannot fly, and the ticket is non-refundable if inaccurate weight was declared at booking.
• Private group cap: private bookings include up to five passengers, but total combined group weight cannot exceed 420kg. Contact us in advance if your group may be near this limit.
• Children: must be at least 2 years old and weigh above 16kg, with their own paid seat. Children aged 2–12 must travel with a guardian.
• Pregnancy: guests are generally able to fly up to 32 weeks of pregnancy; beyond this, flying is at the guest’s own risk and a doctor’s fitness certificate is strongly recommended.
• Seating: seats are assigned by the flight crew according to passenger weight and aircraft balance. Specific seats cannot be guaranteed.
• Clothing: wear secure, flat footwear and avoid loose hats, scarves, trailing garments and unsecured accessories.
• Bags: large bags and purses are not allowed aboard and must be placed in designated storage.
• Photography: casual mobile-phone and camera photography is generally permitted. iPads, selfie sticks, HD camcorders and lenses exceeding 400mm require prior written approval from Dubai authorities.
• Flight routes: landmarks, routing, flight time and departure time may change because of weather, visibility, Air Traffic Control, aircraft availability or other operational requirements.

📅 Cancellation and Weather Policy

• More than 48 hours before departure: no cancellation charge.
• Less than 48 hours before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% cancellation charge.
• No-show or late arrival: 100% charge with no refund.
• Adverse weather or operational cancellation: an alternative date or a refund will be offered where rescheduling is not possible, at no charge to the guest.

The final cancellation conditions stated during checkout and on your confirmed voucher govern your booking.
