Yes – round-trip transfers in an air-conditioned minibus are included from all Hurghada hotels. Pickup from El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Safaga or Soma Bay can be arranged for a small transfer supplement during booking. Your exact pickup time is confirmed the evening before the trip.
Dolphins are wild animals, so no honest operator can promise a sighting on every single trip. That said, Dolphin House reef is a natural resting area for resident pods, and dolphins are seen on the great majority of morning departures. Even on a rare quiet day you still enjoy two beautiful snorkeling stops, lunch on board and a full day on the Red Sea.
You may get the chance – on the dolphins’ terms. There is no feeding, chasing or touching: the captain keeps a respectful distance, and only if a pod approaches and stays relaxed will the guide let small groups snorkel quietly nearby. Encounters with free-swimming wild dolphins are never forced, which is exactly what makes them special.
Yes. Life jackets are available in all sizes, a guide is in the water at every snorkeling stop, and the lagoon-side stops are shallow and calm. Non-swimmers can watch the dolphins and the reef from the boat deck, and the boat has shaded seating and toilets, so families with young children are very comfortable.
Bring swimwear (worn under your clothes saves time), a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and a dry change of clothes. An underwater camera or GoPro is well worth it. Snorkeling mask, fins and life jacket are all provided on board.
